Michael is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a specialization in taxation. He is licensed in Arkansas as well as Michigan. Tax is not his only talent, he has extensive experience within audit planning and performing financial statement audits, reviews and compilations. Michael thrives on the technical challenges both tax and audit bring. When he is not solving the world’s math problems, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their five children.
